To foster the participation, we will offer a limited number of passes at the discounted priced of 390 EUR, giving priority to students and National participants. To apply, and for any other question, contact staff.cans2018@gmail.com.
At least one author per paper must register by the due author registration date (September 12).
Only papers for which at least one author registered and paid the registration fee by the due date will be included in the proceedings.
Only full (regular) registration fees are allowed for this purpose: reduced fees are not allowed.

Citizens of some countries need to ask for the VISA to enter in Italy. VISA can be obtained at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in the Country of residence.
Attenders should contact the Italian Embassy or Consulate nearest to their residence to inquire about the procedure.
Authors and presenters that need a letter for applying for a VISA, should contact the Local Chair, Giovanni Schmid via email at giovanni.schmid@cnr.it. The request should report a copy of their passport and, for presenters, the title of the presentation at CANS 2018.
